Growth Investing Private Limited provides research analyst services in the nature of Model Portfolio Services and related research-based services in accordance with the SEBI (Research Analyst) Regulations, 2014.

We believe in maintaining complete transparency and clarity with our subscribe obliged user regarding our service and refund terms. Accordingly, the following refund policy shall apply:

1. Once the Model Portfolio and/or related research services have been rendered, shared, activated, communicated, or made accessible to the subscribe obliged user through any mode of communication, the same shall be considered as successful delivery of services.

2. Upon such delivery of services, no refund request shall be entertained under any circumstances whatsoever.

3. The subscribe obliged user further understands and acknowledges that any future rebalancing, updates, modifications, changes in allocation, addition/removal of securities, or periodic review-related communications provided during the tenure are merely complimentary and ancillary in nature. The principal and substantial service stands delivered upon sharing of the Model Portfolio and related research framework initially.

4. Subscribe obliged users are advised to carefully review and understand the nature of services before making any payment or subscribing to any plan or service offered by Growth Investing Private Limited.

5. By subscribing to our services and making payment thereof, the subscribe obliged user expressly agrees to the terms of this Refund Policy.
